tatania_starstrider Posted May 23, 2004 #27 Share Posted May 23, 2004 Like you Dan40, I might have had the body and chutzpah to do this 20 years ago but not anymore! I guess they figure there's enough nudists to fill the boat but I hope they tell "regular" passengers what's going on as they could be in for a real shock. imsulin Posted May 23, 2004 #28 Share Posted May 23, 2004 Wow, I don't know if we could make this one. I've already been arrested for indecent exposure a few times....and that's when I was wearing clothes!
tjohn159d Posted May 23, 2004 #29 Share Posted May 23, 2004 It would sure make getting through the metal detector easy. I wonder if it will start at check in on after you get on board? I wonder what kind of rules will apply for the ports of call? northerner Posted May 23, 2004 #30 Share Posted May 23, 2004 There isn't much chance of unsuspecting passengers to be suprised. They have chartered the ship for this sailing. sgtmonz Posted May 23, 2004 #31 Share Posted May 23, 2004 it actually sounds like fun if you still wear clothes at dinner and such... me and my gf love to get nekkid but only around the pool, hot tub, beach and, of course, the other usual places... but this kinda sounds like nekkid all the time... we are not prudes by any stretch of the immagination but i like a layer of clothes between my food and my guest's bodies unless i know them REAL well... might be fun but i would want more details... fill us in?... we can be there in 5 hours... tef43 Posted May 24, 2004 #35 Share Posted May 24, 2004 Skippy was probably first in line. Eleven cruises so far. Up next: Shhhh, it's a surprise! Followed by: Carnival Valor 10/30/05 CC Group And then: Carnival Spirit 12/10/05 Mexican Riviera Perhaps something else as well. Watch this space. L2J Posted May 24, 2004 #36 Share Posted May 24, 2004 The problem with a nude cruise is the same as it is at Hedo (so I've heard ). The majority of people that would take this cruise are the same people you'd rather not see nekkid anyway! Sgtmonz - I'm sure there is a "dress code" for dinner LOL. divetrash Posted May 25, 2004 #47 Share Posted May 25, 2004 Not that it will make a big difference to the images already seared into all our brains (thanks Stormin'), but I believe that proper nudist etiquette (not to mention health concerns) requires the carrying of a towel and placing it on the chair, lounge, what-have-you, before sitting down. Please don't ask how I know this. Like they said on Seinfeld, there is good nudity and bad nudity, I think the odds of encountering bad nudity are prohibitive to my joining this cruise. The sad part is, it's mostly MY bad nudity. And really, think of all the extra places you have to be putting that sunscreen... Then there's the sand, getting in all the wrong crevices... eeek. I better go back to work now... Laura My first cruise! The Inspiration 6/29/
