Are there USB ports in the cabins?
 

Struggling to find a definitive answer searching the net or maybe not looking hard enough

According to another place there are 3 USB sockets under the wall lights

We had them on EX1 in Junior suite

We had deck 9 inside cabin in March and must have missed them if they were there. We always take the relevant phone charger and adapter for use with the 240 sockets in the cabin, as we find the dedicated chargers are faster than the ones we have in our kitchen, that have inbuilt usb sockets

Hi Jim.

been on Explorer quite a few times, As cliff said they are in the bedside lamps in the junior suites. In the balcony cabins we have never seen them so we take a UK multi plug and a eu adapter and that does the trick.

Because its a late deal our cabin will be allocated to us but know its an outside so we,ll take relevant plugs and adapters

One other wee question

 

In cruise control under luggage tags  it says luggage labels are ready but when I click on the link it says “Cabin allocation has not yet finished, please try again later” so guessing with it being a late booking we will be given them at the airport or the port?

Don't worry the labels will be provided before the cases are loaded on the transfer coach if not before. It has happened to me before.

Seems large ques yesterday for passport controls at corfu airport .

Just back today and a breeze on arrival but thats probably more to do with the time we arrived.Coming home today,large queues at passport control although check in and security was quick

How did you find the Explorer last week, as it currently seems to be sailing 'at capacity' (whatever that means). Any service issues or shortages of particular brands of alcohol?

Came back yesterday.  Great cruise and superb weather apart from some very heavy rain at Corfu yesterday morning.  We arrived at Corfu late morning and there were long queues at passport control (spilling out of the building).  At Bristol yesterday passport control almost empty but a long long wait for the baggage.

If the ship was at capacity it didn't cause any problems - never any queues get off or back on the ship.  Sometimes finding a lounger in a sunny spot the afternoon wasn't easy, but everyone seemed happy.

Staff were all unfailingly cheerful whatever time of day.
