Wilmington, CA area...walkable?

As has been noted recently, the subject has been beaten to death. This area is plain, ordinary, and having no reasonable concerns with respect to heightened safety hazards, as compared to greater Los Angeles generally.

I see you are in Coronado, so im guessing you know the areas Im referencing...

I grocery shop a lot at Northgate Market Barrio Logan and La Fachada and El Paisa are two of my favorite places to eat in SD. I will say Barrio Logan has gained a lot in the past few years as East Village pushes gentrification further south.
