P&O Australia drinks packages

Hello..we are new to cruising and this group and I’ve been trolling for ages on here but can’t find info.

We are going on the celebrity cruise on the Pacific Adventure out of Sydney in a couple of weeks. 
I'm trying to determine if we should get a premium drinks package or pay as we go..we both enjoy our bevvies and good wines and fear that the quality offered in the package may be pretty average. Have asked P&O to see their wine and drinks menu but they say they cannot provide it…I feel that doesn’t allow transparency to make an informed decision…hoping all you seasoned cruisers can shed some light on this for us? Thanks in advance
