Maybe the Federal Government could include a Happiness Index in the Budget.

I wouldn't want to live there, but I love Finland.  Have been there on a cruise.  Took a Finnair flight from US to Aust., with a eleven hour stopover once.  I could have gone into the city, but I stayed at the airport.  They had cocoons which you pulled the lid down and slept in darkness.  Endless food and drinks. They even warned me when flights were coming in, so I could stock up.

I haven't been to Finland but I've been to Norway where the reindeer are delicious!!!!

 

And 57 different types of fish for breakfast. Heaven!
