connoisseur drinks

To add to RetiredandTravel's comment (perhaps for other inquiring minds):  the included drinks on Regent cruises exceeds any drinks package that you can purchase on any line that I'm aware of (for instance, on Viking, the drinks package excludes drinks costing more than $15...like champagne).  I don't think we've ever gone beyond the included drinks except when we had "use or lose" OBC's and then will seek some aged Scotchs (like >12 years), etc.

We are in a Penthouse suite for our upcoming cruise. If we want to order drinks from the connoisseur range, do we purchase a package or just pay an additional charge?

I agree with Portolan, it's unlikely your requested tipple won't be included.  Not exactly sure what the "connoisseur range" would include, other than perhaps aged Courvoisier or 10-year old single malt.
