DTW connection

We are flying from Louisville to Montreal on Delta in July. One option is a 47 minute connection in DTW? Should I consider a different flight!?

In my opinion, yes.  DTW is a very efficient airport and the Delta terminal is an easy one to navigate.  But, I would not be comfortable with such a short connection time.
