Hello.  Generous to make the offer open to everyone-thanks.  We will decline this kindness as we aren't sure about our arrival time in Barcelona on 5/28 or how much we will want to do. Our hotel is across from the Playa Catalunya Square.

This is our first TA and we very much hope that the folks on Cruise Critic will have an opportunity to meet and mingle.  The option appears to have been disabled on this site. ?? !!

Hi there Ocala neighbors - we've posted the same question about a get together and noticed that the Meet and Mingle option on this site is disabled.  Not sure if that means that Carnival won't assist, or?  Certainly would be fun to have a meet up!

Haven't been on here in awhile.  I've been dealing with medical issues.  In March I had radiofrequency ablation treatments in my lower back.  Turns out they did nothing for my back pain, but they seem to have really messed up my "digestive" system.  I've spent the past several weeks working with my gastroenterologist and internist, trying to recover some semblance of normality.  I think I'm moving in the right direction.

 

I'm still planning on taking this cruise, but I'm definitely not looking forward to the long flight.

Hi everyone, looks like it will be a full ship! We are a family of 4, with 2 teenage boys. We are full-time digital nomads/homeschoolers, been visiting the UK and Spain since October, but we’re based out of Charlotte, NC and the N. Georgia mountains. So we’re using this cruise to get ourselves back to the US. We love cruising and have used TAs to get back and forth to Europe several times. Looking forward to hopefully meeting some of you!

Carnival has just announced the addition of a new specialty dining concept that will be added to the Venezia sailings.  It is called Il Viaggio and will showcase Italy's finest cuisine.  Reservations are now open.  Having just spent 3 weeks exploring Italy, I'm very excited about trying this out.  It is not currently showing on the official deck plan.  But, an educated guess would be that it will be located aft of the steakhouse on deck 5 in the space currently marked as "Fun to be Revealed."

Online check-in complete! Just 7 more days of school left and 2 post planning and we’re out of here!!! CAN’T WAIT TO BE ON VACATION! After we arrive in NYC, we fly to Paris for a week of driving around Normandy and 3 days in Paris. We’ll come home, pick up the pooch and head to beach through the July 4th week. Where can we go the rest of July?
