What is the closest car rental

What is the closest car rental place to the Tampa cruise port? We will need to do a 1 way rental Tampa/St Pete airport. Thanks in advance

For which cruise line?

 

Are you saying you want a one way rental TO the airport? If so, that seems like a real hassle vs Uber, cab, shuttle, etc.

Avis and Hertz have hotel locations within a couple of blocks of the port (depending upon which terminal), but a taxi to TPA from the port is only about $25 - why rent a car?

I'm going on Carnival. Yes a 1 way rental.  I have looked into uber/lyft and shuttles...but without my grandsons carseat, no one will take us from the cruise port to the airport. The only other option that we have is to bring the carseat with us and just store it in our cabin all week.

I am going to PIE airport...I have looked into lyft/uber and shuttles...we need to supply a carseat to use any of those services
