AMEX offer is back

I just logged into AMEX to do on-line chat and it no longer shows the offer as being loaded into my account but shows that it was used on December 14.  I will wait a few days more before I contact them as they may be in the process of posting it.  When I checked yesterday, it showed the offer had not been used yet.
