If you want to reserve 2 loungers in the sanctuary, do both people have to be there or can one person book both loungers as we are in the same cabin?

One can book for both - I always run up and book for my husband and myself.

$20/pp/half day; $40/pp/full day; $30/pp/day if you book for the whole cruise. 
 

The newer ships, such as the Sky, have far fewer loungers and are much harder to book a lounger than the older ships. Very disappointing.

Sky also has a lot less shade in the Sanctuary than older Grand class ships.  It does have a gazebo with couches, but only a couple of loungers in the very front sides have shade (obviously depends on sailing direction, but we were in Caribbean).
