Power Up Points

Is Celebrity still offering power up points for watching destination videos and completing questionnaires? 

 

I haven't received one in several months.

They didn't offer a destination promo  in November. They did Alaska in October. 

 

The November Power Up Points (PUPs) promo was to book new Flights by Celebrity for 50 PUPs.

It seems they are slowly phasing PUP out.  It was a great way to keep customers engaged when ships weren’t sailing but now that ships are sailing, vaccination requirements are the exception there really is no reason to continue PUP.

Who knows what Celebrity will do?  The demise of PUP has been predicted in the past but hasn't happened yet

I really love the monthly PUP activities. Maybe I'm a nerd but it keeps me engaged. I would NOT watch the celebrity destination videos and events without earning them. This is something celebrity got right and did better than other cruise lines.
