Does anyone know what the formal nights are  on a 15 day cruise to New Zealand/Australia?

From past experience, the first one is usually the first sea day - after that, it depends on the itinerary.

Just a note there is no longer “formal nights” and they are now called Dressy Nights.

Wow, that is one full itinerary! I am at a loss for your formal/Gala/dressy nights! not only do you start off with seven days of port calls, most of them are 6pm or later departures! I'll guess Picton with 4pm all aboard, then one or more of the sea-days... but probably not the 10th as that is last night and in the past that wouldn't be Gala as people would have packed their tuxedos (haha).
