Encore Horizon Lounge question

Is there a bar in the Horizon Lounge on the Encore?  It doesn't show anything on the deck plans.  If not, does the bar in the Haven provide drink service to the Horizon Lounge?

 

We were recently on the Bliss, (not in the Haven so didn't have access to the Horizon Lounge), but we went to the Observation Lounge and it had a bar but that doesn't show up on the deck plans either.

No bar in the Horizon Lounge (I think this is a huge miss). Beverage service is hit and miss. You’re further off getting a drink at the bar and taking it to the Lounge.
