Ordering Medallion

How far in advance are medallions available for ordering, please? Tried search but no luck. Can’t remember what we did last time.  When I try it says “In Progress”

You can order it at anytime.  Did you perhaps order already?  If so, there would be a history. 
If not, they may be updating. They are implementing a shipping charge if you order accessories and no shipping charge if you just order the free OM and free lanyard.  Pick up at port, of course, no fee.
Retry it later if you have plenty of time.

As you live in the UK you cannot have the Medallion delivered. You pick it up at the port. No need to order it.

Good catch.  Didn’t notice UK. However, I would still order pick up at port. 
Due to getting OceanReady, it completes the checkin process.  If that matters any more.  
Sometimes if not ordered, it will keep you from getting in the green lane.

They don't bother even looking at the app or which lane you are meant to be in when boarding at Southampton.  Everyone just joins the one queue!

Does it go quickly?  No Suite/Elite line?

I love the UK.  Can’t wait to visit again, next year! 😊

To be fair, our last Princess cruise out of Southampton was October 2021, so Covid protocols had an impact on the boarding process. 

I assume that Suite/Elite pax would have seperate check in areas, but everyone else just joins the one queue.

Thank you, we’ve done that in the past. We just order the medallion with the included neck strap and know we have to pick up at check in..but it’s not letting me order it at the moment. Will try again in a few days.

Princess site must have been having a glitch…I have now been able to order both medallions and lanyards.  Now they have been ordered, we have moved into the Green Lane.
