I have a Covid claim in process for a cruise with an insurance company.  Unfortunately I cannot find any information on processing time and the response from the company is to allow another 30-days, gotten this response 3 times.   The Insurance company provides no contact information for me to escalate my concern.  Question:  where can consumers go for help?  How much time is standard; 1 month, 60-days, 90-days for claims to be processed?

Which policy did you buy? And, is whoever sold it to you helping you with your claim?
