Canceled 2020 cruises — shore excursion funds

We are headed from Sydney to Bali in March.. hopefully ! 4th times a charm!  Originally 2020 booking
For anyone that booked a cruise in 2020 I am interested to know if Viking kept your shore excursion payments from that cruise and did not refund them in addition to keeping the cruise fare

We were refunded to our credit cards anything like shore excursions and the cruise fare was held in voucher.  The voucher was the value of the cruise, air, and silver spirits.  Anything else refunded.

Same situation for us as with CDNPolar. Viking refunded everything but the cruise cost which we agreed to be held in a voucher. Of course, the incentive to provide us with something more than the actual cost for the cruise was the reason for taking the voucher.

Same here, any shore-ex spend was refunded to our credit card.

we complained several times..they still have our $
