Yes, if you go to Port Lucaya Marketplace, there is/was a hair braiding place there.

Also, within walking distance to the ship, the Freeport Harbour complex had a hair braiding stand the last time we were there. But this complex is only open if there is a regular cruise ship in port that day and Magaritaville at Sea does not count.
