Transportation from Orlando to port canaveral and return?

I used GoPort in November ($60pp roundtrip).  The experience at the airport was great (they really have their operation together) - we pre-paid a few days before, you check-in, they give you a laminated boarding card, have a seat in their 'lounge' (indoors) then they call you by a provided boarding number when it's time.  We waited less than 5 minutes, and it appears our bus left when all the reservations showed up, not when the bus filled.  There were only about 15 pax on a Sunday morning.

The return to the airport wasn't quite as smooth but mainly due to luck.  On debark day, it's first-come first-served (aka whoever gets through immigration and to the GoPort podium first), and the next shuttle only had xx amount of seats for MSC pax as they stopped to pick up Carnival pax first.  We happened to miss the headcount cutoff for the next arriving shuttle, so we sat there for ~30 minutes waiting for the next one.  Not the end of the world, but the messaging/expectations could've been clearer.

I'd recommend, and just mentally build in an extra hour or so to get back to the airport in case you have to wait for the next shuttle like we did.
