Stingray City excursion with walkdown stairs

I have been on a Stingray City tour several times where the boat had very accessible walk down stairs into the water. Does anyone know what the name of that company is and if that company still in business? Thank you.

Looked this company up.  Looks good.  Has anyone done this excursion recently?  Reviews?

How much?  

Do they offer pick-up at the cruise dock or do you need auto take a taxi there?

I have not gotten an answer to my email. Is there anyone in Grand Cayman that knows if they are still in business?

I vaguely remember seeing an article about them wanting to use their boats for ferry service to Cayman Brac, or at least I think it was them.  If they haven’t replied, they are likely out of business.  Maybe you could try calling them instead of emailing, just to be sure?

I reached out to them this week to get info about a tour and the response was that unfortunately they did not survive covid shutdowns. 😪
