NEXTCRUISE OBC

My cruise is paid in full and i redeemed a nextcruise certificate as part of the payment.  Where can i see my OBC?  I can't find it anywhere!

It probably dropped off, if it is not shown on your invoice. You will have to call to have it restored. We've had that happen more than once.

You should also be able to see it when you go on-line to your Cruise Planner and it will show what you have to spend.

OBC from a Book Later NextCruise cert didn't appear after two weeks so last night I called and they added it manually.  It now appears in the cruise planner at the top.

 

This is a 2024 cruise so there is nothing in the cruise planner yet but my OBC appears now.
