Ships Bars Closed IN Grand Cayman

I'll post in this thread too, because I wonder if this is a new Celebrity thing.  It's not a Cayman thing that I've heard of, and I read their two newspapers daily.  If they had implemented a new regulation of this type, it would have hit the newspapers I'm sure.  I'm interested to see if any ships other than the ones mentioned have closed their bars, or if it's just those ships and/or just that weekend.  It's very weird.

Maybe post in a few roll calls?  Or in some of the cruise line forums?

Is there anyone who has any update on this since the last post a year ago? This is in regard to the bars on the ships closing while in Grand Cayman or any other port for that matter. Thanks.

On Equinox now and the only bar on the whole ship that was open was the pool bar while in grand cayman.  It was tough to get a drink near all aboard when everyone was back on the ship. Mentioned some regulation of grand cayman.
