Anytime dining question

We always pick early dining but not available for our cruise this time.

our options are late….yuck and anytime.  🙂

I checked Carnivals FAQ and I can’t find the answer.    I thought I remember hearing that if you use anytime dining you have to pre-pay your gratuity?   Is this correct?

thank you

Kim

No, it is not required to prepay the gratuities. I always choose your time dining because I'm not always hungry at the same time every day and have only prepaid the gratuities about half the time, and even then it's because I want to pay as much as I can beforehand for budgeting reasons.
