Clarification on Drink Package

I read we can only get 1 drink at a time, I assume that for example if you're sitting at the little coffee place, you can drink one, finish it and immediately order another?  I mean the answer seems like it should be obvious, but these days you never know.

You can drink half of it then order another.  And a can of water.

 If you present two cards, you can get a drink for each.  

 

 As @jwlane said, you can also get a can/bottle of water to go with your drink.  Both are free depending on which drink package you have.
