All of Royal Caribbean's excursions list weight limits, but I haven't seen any limits on 3rd party tours. Does anyone know if they exist? Has anyone on the larger side had issues?

Unless someone on the "larger size" chimes in with his/her experience, you will not know.  I have taken at least a dozen "glass-bottom pangas" to the Arch, and never saw any of the private tour vendors deal with this situation.  I have seen a boat captain redistribute passengers to balance the weight distribution, and I would expect the large passenger might be subjected to such a command.  Or to a "two seat" ticket requirement.  [Do airlines impose a two seat ticket requirement for the morbidly obese?]
