"Premium" internet w/Yacht Club (SEASIDE)

I'm curious about the type of internet offered/included with Yacht Club bookings. I see it listed as the following (under benefits):

 

Premium Internet package (Browse - 2 devices Unlimited Internet Package)

 

So... "premium" sounds like it would be the best, however, "browse" seems to indicate some lower level.

 

Is this the top tier which MSC offers and, if not, is there an option to upgrade?

No and yes…at least it was last week on the Meraviglia…we didn’t upgrade..not much need…I think it was $48 per device to upgrade.  Concierge can be of help on board.

You can upgrade to the Browse & Stream.

Regarding the Browse (included) -- are there any sites/services which are blocked, or is it just a speed limited issue?

 

I've found (on Celebrity and Carnival) in the last few months that when I use a VPN I've been able to increase my speeds by up to 10x. Of course, that's already having the surf package to begin with. It may not make any difference if the Browse plan has a cap. I'll experiment (both routes).

 

Any idea what speeds I can expect with the Browse package (on the Seaside)?
