Pacific Explorer cabin under Explorer Hotel/Pub (#6041)

Hi Guys,

Just got our OV guaranty cabin on the Pacific Explorer allocated. This cabin is directly under the Pub, what S%#T house luck however, has anyone been in these cabins and may I ask the extent of the noise we are going to endure here?

 

This is not a complaint in any way shape or form as we got this on the Players Club promo for $400 for both of us and $100 casino credit attached to deal. Would love to see if anyone can give me some feed on these cabins.

I haven't had a cabin in this position but it may be an idea to take along some comfortable fitting ear plugs.

I had one above the atrium once on the Sun Princess and we could hear easily hear the noise on the party nights (the Captain's welcome etc) at least the noise stopped by 10 or 11pm.

Not on this ship but we were under the bar/pub on another cruise and it was the noise of bottles and barrels being shifted to unload and restock for the next day late in the evening that we noticed  BUT  that may not happen on this ship  However good advise  EARPLUGS
