Rare KKB Posted February 16, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 16, 2023 I am currently on Divina & staying on tomorrow. Freak snowstorm has son unable to join me. This is a comped cruise via Urcomped. I have reached out to them but no response yet. We have added internet for 2, Drink packages for 2 & a couple excursions. I need to cancel/modify these as well. The onboard Guest Services and shoreside Customer Service never seem to communicate well with each other (or anyone else 😊).
