no, the app should open way before than. If you have a cruise booked, it should also already be in your account on the app. If not, you can link to it. In the app you can also look at all the other cruises, not just yours.

 

You can also check in online, on their website.

That sounds like a problem with your app.  I'd delete the app, turn your phone on and off and download the app again.  Something is wrong.

 

I've got cruise up to 658 days away listed in mine that I can look at.
