When you reserve the lido (pool) cabana do you also get 2 reserved chairs on the pool deck ( not the ones in the cabana)?

No.

Definitely no pool deck chairs.  You get what is in the confines of the curtained cabana, nothing reserved for you outside.  For what it's worth, expect the Lido cabanas to be somewhat stuffy and noisy, especially if the pool roof is closed.
