Thought the reservation looked odd but didn’t give credit card, etc so not too concerned. Got to Aruba and no Smart Car at the port. Ask one of the guys selling car rentals and he shows where to go. Stand in the lot for a few minutes and then ask one of the guys roaming around. You just missed him - he called for smart car. Yeah. Right. We were standing there we would have heard. Guy was “sure” they canceled our reservation. we ended up renting from whoever was there and paid 150 cash instead of 100 on the reservation.
