Making a reservation change?

I booked direct with Celebrity but have never got any contact information for the person who did the booking. I have a first name only. Is there any way to contact the, like HAL's Personal Cruise Consultant?

I've always gotten a call and email  from the Personal Cruise Consultant.    It may be easiest to just call the booking number and press new booking (it speeds you through) explain and ask if they could look up your Cruise Consultant or help you.

Why would you bother trying to speak with the same agent?  Jim is correct - call and give your booking number.  Anyone should be able to help.

If you have, or request, a booking confirmation the name of the vacation planner and his/her phone # is listed.
