If you purchase the UBP and Refreshment Package and Price drops do you have to call to cancel and re-buy?

It looks like you can cancel in the Cruise Planner but that would defeat the purpose.  Someone could buy both and then go and cancel the refreshment one.  Has anyone done this when the price dropped?  My sister just bought at a not good price and I told her she will have to call, tell them she wants to cancer and then re buy it on the phone.  Is that right?

I've always called and cancelled, then rebought online.

no need to call.  Just press the button to cancel.  Once canceled you can than buy it again.  All within 5 minutes

You can't purchase 1 UBP and 1 refreshment online.  You have to call to do that

I have the Refreshment Package booked, and it let me add the UBP to my cart - it didn't throw up the errors like when you try to double book excursions.

Did you mean if you have a DBP booked for 1 person & refreshment package for another?  Or 1 person booking both packages?  Why would you want to do that?

One has UBP and one has refreshment
