How many people will the largest tables hold in the dining room?

We are sailing MSC for the first time with a large group.  We're currently at 12, and may be adding a few more couples.  Will we all be seated together (reservations linked) or will we be divided into smaller tables.  Thanks.

The "largest" tables are just a lot of square or rectangular tables put together for big groups. You can ask them to do so for you, but there are no big round tables for 20 (certainly). Not much use (if you are not the Russian president), I would prefer two more communicative round tables.

Depends on the ship.  We had a table for at least 14 on Seaside.  Big round table.  Ended up with just four, great service.  But there were three dining times that cruise and I believe they had 15at the next seating, and 16 at the third.  EM

Meraviglia has at least two round 12 tops in the Waves restaurant. Can't speak for the other restaurants onboard.
