Spoke to them 5 minutes ago - calling UK phone number, but answered by someone with an American accent, so I assume in their US call centre.

 

I was only on hold for 15 seconds before they answered!!

I'm also trying to reach Azamara to book shore excursions. How can we do online check-in....or any kind of check in? I'm leaving the US next week so I'd like to get this done prior. The cruise is the Azamara Persuit April 15 to Israel.

If you call the main number, it will prompt you to press a #(think it's 3) but verify to book shore excursions. They can do it for you over the phone.

Yesterday our travel agency and Azamara management had a zoom meeting promoting new bookings. They discussed the logistics of having to move 30,000 bookings and huge amounts of data to the new web page. If that is not enough they were in the process of moving to a new facility.

30k booking is not that much data. Either the Data from RC is hardly corrupted or the the new software company is incompetent. Cruisers onboard say that all data on board are correct, so i think it may be the second ...
