Changing names on rooms?

Maybe a dumb question.. I currently have a room booked for my wife and I. We're potentially adding a 2nd cabin with two additional people. Is there a charge to remove my wife from the current cabin and put her in the new cabin? And then essentially add passenger 3 to my cabin and passenger 4 to my wife's cabin? And then is it as simple as getting different room cards once onboard?
