Does NCL extras ever go on sale?

Wondering if NCL packages for WiFi, Specialty Restaurants, excursions, pictures, etc., ever go on sale?    Thanks!!!!

You can upgrade from the sail away rate. It appears to be a discount. In reality it isn’t once they add the gratitudes etc.

No. 

 

NCL is not like Royal where from the second you book to the second  you depart the dock, you get one or more "Sale Sale Sale" emails every day.

I suppose if you talk to the right people on board in the right way, anything can be discounted…

 

The only reliable reduction I am aware of is that the unlimited wifi gets cheaper with each passing day if you hold off on purchasing it during the cruise. Maybe that’s just logical, but they don’t do the same thing for beverage packages or the spa pass.
