Luggage restrictions and dress code on Ventura

Hey two qs :

is there a restriction on hand luggage size? 
is there any restrictions on dress code (apart from formal nights and the obvious no swimwear in restaurants etc. )would it be ok to wear jeans to dinner ?

From Southampton no hand luggage restriction except you have to carry it yourself and i suppose it has to be smaller than the normal suitcase.

 

Fly cruises are different

 

smart jeans are OK, not washed out or tatty or with holes in and i presume not with builders bum or the crotch at knee level 🙂

 

I have a smart black pair and no problem with them.

hand luggage will depend on airline guidelines if flying, if in Southampton small enough to go through an airport style scanner.  
 

if we are allocated early boarding we take a small holdall, paperwork, medication and valuables as good chance luggage will arrive before dinner, and you need to carry around as you wait for rooms to be ready, around 1:30pm

 

with a later boarding time a slight larger rolling holdall, as we can go straight to the room, good to have items available to freshen up before dinner, in case cases arrive a little later.
