Are drinks from the bar served in a plastic cup or a real glass?   Same with coffee, a ceramic mug?  And beer, I’m assuming it’s an aluminum can?

Good questions!  Answer depend on which bar and when.  If you are at the pool bar, you will get plastic!  Inside bars use glass glasses (almost always).  Beers might be on tap, so you'd get a glass.

If in a can you may request a glass (or plastic cup).

It depends on the bar. They are not permitted to have glass on the pool deck. Which would include all bars on the pool deck and the buffet bar. 
 

In general, glass is cheaper, so they will serve in glass everywhere possible.
