Best Place to buy Cuban Rum by the Bottle

Best place to buy Cuban Rum in Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, or Cabo? Google was no help as it returned old information. I know J&J La Casa del Habano in Cabo sells Cuban Rum and Cigars but I was thinking more of a liquor store for the Rum. I know the Cigar/tobacco taxes are very high in Mexico

I am not familiar with Cuban rum, but have a look in one of the La Playa stores in Puerto Vallarta.

I checked their website, they do have Cuban run at a good price. Thank you
