RCL Sign In Problem

For the pass few days if I sign into my account I get a message “email or password incorrect”. I then have to click on Forgot my Password, a screen comes up to answer my security question. I create a new password & I’m in. When I try to sign in again same message. I have to go through the steps again. Whether I wait days or hours same message. I called RCL today & was told they will change password on their end. I was able to test it while agent was on phone signing in & out a few times. Seemed to be working. Tried now & same message. Anyone else having this problem?

I had a problem signing in tonight but saw a message about the switch over to using your email that you registered here with instead of your previous log in name. I tried that and got in with no problem. Used my email as my login and the same password that I’ve been using here recently.
