Problems Booking

Has anyone ever had this happen before? I go to book a Casino rate ($50) for a week cruise next week, I can click the link but then it gives me the error message "We're sorry, this room just sold out. Continue to pick another stateroom."

 

Is this a timeout issue where people click through but not book or what is going on?

We had this problem before. Call the casino desk or your PVP if you have one and they can book it for you assuming there is still availability.

There’s no advantage of having a PVP here. The help the OP needs can just as easily be received by simply calling up Carnival’s customer service line. That’s if anything can actually be done. Most likely the cabin category they are trying to book is sold out for the number of people they are booking.
