Dining Package Reservation Question

We purchased a 5 Night Dining Package and a Chef's Table package for a 12 night cruise.

If I look on the mobile app, I see they have us scheduled for the Chef's Table already.

When can I go into the app to select what nights and what times we want reservations for our other options for Steakhouse, Jamie's, Wonder, etc.?

We have never been able to make specific reservations until we were on board.

Once you board head to any specialty restaurant and make all your reservations.  You are not able to reserve the 5 night package ahead of time.

Discounted packages dont get to choose ahead. If you are in a suite, the concierge might be able to ahead of time or assist you, idk, but all the discounted pkgs .. you dont choose times until you are onboard.
