Encore Club Balcony Suite 1 complimentary valet laundry question.

Is this 1 item or as much as I can stuff in the laundry bag? Is it offered only on a certain day of the week or a day of my choice?

For the Club Balcony rooms it is one free bag (as much as you can stuff) and you can put your bag in on any day.  If the bag and order form aren’t in your cabin you can ask your room steward.  There will be a price beside each item on the itemized list but you can write “Club Balcony free laundry” on this form.  If you request hangers instead of folded it helps reduce wrinkles.

Tip: laundry bags are paper. Take a plastic trash bag with you (similar to Walmart plastic grocery bag). Roll up your laundry and shove it in your plastic bag. Then put the plastic bag into Norwegian's paper bag. You can fit the max that way and if you do it right, the paper bag won't rip. If you're in the Haven, it won't matter because their laundry bags are larger and of a silky fabric so things fit nicely.
