I hear you, but it isn’t a specific TA site

Doesn't matter if UT is a TA site or not, if they somehow sale/advertise or attempt to gain customers, they are violating the rules, you don't necessarily need to be a TA

I just asked my TA to put a hold on an N2 for the Sep 6 2025 France Intensive sailing.  She replied in 21 minutes with the invoice attached!  Obviously no website problem for the Azamara TA site she is using.

Also obviously not "shunning Azamara" – and still giving > 8% rebate.  Happy Happy!

Our TA has spent many many hours over 3 or 4 months resolving a booking for us, whilst Azamara were sorting out their systems and backlogs. A month or so ago he said they used to do 8-10 Azamara bookings a day, but at that time we’re doing zero.

Now things are improving, but not perfect. This particular TA is earning every penny of his commission (albeit that we have also chased Azamara directly, and just yesterday one major issue was resolved. Just one left now!)
