This is a new cocktail on the Playmakers menu on Icon of the Seas.

 

I didn't get the procedure for it, so I just followed the procedure on the Midori website which said to build the drink in the glass.

This is the first time I’ve used somebody else’s photo for this recipe project. My Keto whipped cream in a can wasn’t holding its shape well.  I didn’t want to make stabilized whipped cream for a single drink.
