I ripped the recipe from a video of a bartender at Playmakers making it.

 

1 oz        Buffalo Trace bourbon
1 oz        Peach Schnapps

 

Splash     Cranberry Juice
Splash     Sour Mix



 

Shake and strain over fresh ice.

 

Top with    Ginger Ale

The menus I featured are dated November-2021. I think this was when they came up with the revamped menus just as cruising was returning from the shutdown.

Thanks again for these recipes!  I tried all three Boleros mojitos when we were on Allure last week.  Then after we got home, I ordered Monin coconut syrup so I could make the coconut mojito.  I skipped the granulated sugar because the coconut syrup was sweet enough.  It came out great.
