Multiple cabins and upgrade to YC?

Has anyone ever been successful upgrading two cabins to YC?  Is there anyway to guaranty its both or nothing?  

Traveling with the in-laws this fall and would love to put in bids but we wouldn't want to have one in YC and one not.  Cabins are currently linked as traveling together with MSC (Fantastica).

Q. How do MSC UpGrade offers work if I am part of a group or traveling with another reservation?
A. Each MSC UpGrade offer is considered individually, MSC Cruises (MSC) cannot guarantee that all reservations traveling together will be upgraded. Under the circumstance that all reservations are upgraded, MSC cannot guarantee that all he upgraded cabins will be close together.

That being said, I think there was another poster in your similar situation that was able to upgrade both but I would expect it to be very unlikely, even if you bid a high bid.
