Military OBC

Is the Military OBC in my permanent records with HAL, or do I have to quality each time I book a new Cruise?

We have had to do every year even though we were told it was permanent. We don't have to resubmit, but we do have to call in, give Mariner # and ask them to check the profile. "Oh yes, I see it; I'll add it." Then I have them send a new invoice and it's there.

It is automatically added to your booking but the Military OBC ends January 1, 2024. I booked a cruise for April 2024 two weeks ago but it wasn't showing. My PCC was on vacation so I left him a message for when he returned. He called me on Monday to tell me that it had not been renewed for 2024 - so far.

My TA said my Military Credit for $100 is showing for my April 2024 cruise.

We have three bookings for 2024, April then August then October.... As of this last week, the $100 OBC for veteran is showing on all three.
