What's the email address to put in a request for a medical refrigerator? Thanks.

Just google RCL special needs form. Then when you go onto the page that google brings up, you fill in your info and click submit. That is what I have done for all 4 cruises I have this year for DH to get distilled water for CPAP machine.

If you used a TA, just have them notify RCCL and it should be in your room when you check-in.

I sent an email 30 days out from my sailing and they replied back that the medical fridge would be in the room by the evening of the first night

I am curious, was it?    Or is this like CPAP supplies that aren't actually there until you ask when you get to your room?  
Note, I still plan on asking ahead since then they can't say "Sorry, we ran out.  Too bad you didn't tell us in advance"
